As we expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Official to join us in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

 

2. Job Summary:
The Human Resources Official is a key player in our organization, responsible for overseeing various HR functions to support our human capital. This role involves collaboration with employees and management to implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and create a positive workplace culture.

 

3. Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to conducting interviews.
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.

 

Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances, mediating conflicts when necessary.
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.

 

Policy Implementation:
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.

 

Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and employee development plans.

 

Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

 

Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues.

 

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

 

Compliance:
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as needed.

 

HR Reporting:
Generate HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for decision-making.

 

Communication:
Communicate HR policies and updates to employees and management.
Contribute to the development of a positive organizational culture through effective communication strategies.

 

4. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
